FEELING THE HEAT AT SONGZIO – TEXT BY PHILIPPE POURHASHEMI

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Ever wondered what it feels like attending an outdoor show when it's boiling hot? Well, I lost my cool after about ten minutes, but Songzio's guys definitely didn't. They were on a mission to bring back some order to the world with their sharply tailored clothes, which sometimes had a warrior spirit. In order to balance out the more structured, constructed pieces, the Korean designer offered floaty, drop-crotch pants, an obsessive trend on Paris runways this week. He also asked Christophe Coppens to design some hats for him and the results were convincing.
