Dear Shaded Viewers,
Last night's presentation was, by far, the best of the week. Cristhelen B had sexy silhouettes with fantastic, wooden platforms that had a tribal disco vibe. It was confident, strong and energetic.
I loved Carmen Secareanu's collection, which combined avant-garde elements and traditional accents. She used sheepskin on sleeves, hems and accessories, sticking to felt and neoprene to come up with elegant, tailored pieces. The combination of rough and smooth really worked.
On a more urban note, Diana Nita presented cool outerwear pieces with triple hoods, printed jumpsuits and funky platforms.
Best,
Philippe
