Tar-Jay is pretty reliable for bargain priced basics that serve it up correctly in terms of off beat color combos, nicely tailored fit and wash n dry durability. Their Converse One Star line is truly beast, turning out updated, edgy versions of sportswear classics at a slightly higher price. Pictured is the must have item for next spring- a distressed khaki cotton hidden drawstring waisted, hip length male version of YSL's classic early 70's safarri jacket worn in Vogue by Veruschka. Featuring a multi stitched nehru collar and hidden zipper placket with 4 patch pockets. At $30, what's not to love? BTW- I actually found a real YSL womens khaki safari jacket from the early 70's at a Salvation Armani in Florida for $8 and sold it on E-Bay for $500. I love a couture coincidence! – WC
