As part of the events celebrating the 150th anniversary of Franco-Japanese relations, Les Arts Decoratifs welcome, an exhibition devoted to Japanese design from Friday to Sunday 21 December.

Kansei can be translated into French by "sensitivity". It is a bundle of Japanese traditions shaped over time: the sense of hospitality, a vision of nature nurtured in contact constantly renewed beauty of the environment with the seasons, an effort to highlight the intrinsic quality of materials and aesthetic matured in a culture deeply present.
