Raf Simons, take a bow. The quiet master delivered another quiet punch in the form of a serene, strikingly focused collection at Jil Sander. This was an ode to the pleasures of geometry: intarsia cuts, curving pintucks, sunsay pleats. Lots of capes, flowing dresses,a constant play of stiff versus flou. And moving tones of blue, with metallic dashes and bright purple bursts. I’m in heaven.
