Charo Gonzalez and Jorge Margolles

After the screening of You Wear it Well I met with Charo Gonzalez and Jorge Margolles. Charo and Jorge have the digital magazine NOOVO which is owned by the big group Grupo Correo Gallego. We discussed potential future collaborations and bringing the second edition of You Wear it Well to their NOOVO Festival for Contemporary Fashion and Photography that will be held in Galicia, Spain at the CGAC Museum of COntemporary Art in the end of October 2007.

Alberto ‘Sin Patron’ and Aimar Arriola
After the meeting we went for lunch in the old city of San Sebastian and there we ran into the fashion designer of ‘Sin Patron’, Alberto, who I get the feeling is the ‘rising star’ of Bilbao, with the co-curator of the Guggenheim Bilbao, Aimar Arriola. THat was fun since I had seen them at the You Wear it Well screening the night before at the Guggenheim.
Henrik Vibskov did an installation and played the drums, wicked.

Henrik took this when we were chilling on the terrace, literally. You know how crazy I am about that gold chair designed by Christian Astuguevieille, well ROsa from Persuade, that is where the chair is currently living and of course for sale, sent me this today and I thought that you’d like the chair’s profile. Actually it is only the second chair in my life that I’ve fallen madly in love with, the other one is from Vitra and I’m sitting on it now. An extravagence but worth every centime. I don’t even want to ask the price of the gold chair. If you want to buy that beautiful gold chair:

JC Reports did not ask me what I’d like for Christmas this year, but if they did you know what I would ask Santa for.
