Forty Shades of Blue by Ira Sachs just opened yesterday at the UGC in Paris, it won the jury prize at SUNDANCE as well as the Berlin Film Festival. I have not seen it yet, check it out.

My friend Eric Daman was the costume designer and the production designer on the film, to his many credits you might know his work as assistant costume designer for Sex and the City with Pat Fields. In fact I met Eric about 14 years ago, he was 20 or 21 and working at Magic CIrcle in Paris. We worked together on a charity for Aids, Balade de l’Amour and since then his career has really taken off. looking forward to seeing this film.
