Mark Eley is one of the two designers behind the label Eley Kishimoto. He and his wife Wakako Kishimoto like to describe themselves as surface painters. The latest surface is the new G1 designed in collaboration with an Eley Kishimoto fan, B.B. Warr. His wife Wanda is so crazy for the Eley Kishimoto collection that she convinced her husband Boris to have the label design a car with him.
Mark is about ten days away from entering the gumball rally which will have him covering 3,000 miles in 8 days. Mark will be driving a race car by Volkswagen, a Golf GTl. Stay tuned for the adventure. I will be in the support car sending you images from along the way. The gumball journey is the first lap of the brand’s menswear launch scheduled for Paris in July.

I received this in the mail today. It was taken by Tala Hajjar over the weekend at the festival d’Hyeres. I missed Henrik and his dogs this season.
