Dear Shaded Viewers,
Richard Giglio worked along side Bruce Weber in the 1980's for publications like Italian Vogue, LUOMO Vogue, and of course Per Lui
Weber and Giglio then went on to creating one of the most marvelous photography books O Rio De Janiero in 1986.
The online exhibition by Michael H Berkowitz LLC for 1stdibs.com showcases many never before seen drawings, paintings and collages from his personal archive. Richard had a passion for drawing from live models with the rhythm of great jazz music and contemporary culture pulsing through them. His three main influences in life and art: Henri Matisse, BIllie Holiday and Maria Callas.
