Dear Shaded Viewers,
David Lynch will be at the Cinematheque in Paris tomorrow to screen his feature films, shorter work, documentaries and TV shows and he will turn up for a Q & A session which will follow a screening of a selection of his short films from the sixties to the nineties. In addition there will be 3 other Programmes of short films but tomorrow is the only day that he will be there in the flesh….
His feature films Elephant Man, Eraserhead, Dune, Lost Highway, Blue Velvet, Mulholland Drive and the Straight Story will be screened.
In addition there will be 'Chacun Son Cinema' a film that he made for the 60th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival. Its made up of 39 films, 3 minutes long, with directors including Lynch, David Cronenbourg, Wim Wenders, Jane Campion, The Coen Brothers and Dardennes, Wong Kar Wai, Walter Salles, Ken Loach, Lars Von Trier and 29 others.
