Dear Shaded Viewers,
The original reason for my trip to London got cancelled so I decided to turn it into a one day holiday with my good friend Robb Young. Last time we were together was in Batumi, Georgia, last month.After the Silva Silva meeting and a great lunch at the Canteen, we went to exhibitions, first was the White Cube in Hoxton Square with the Antony Gormley Still Standing show, which I loved, then off to the Serpentine for Yoko which was really great as well. Antony Gormley at White Cube Hoxton Square till 15 September. It just opened a few days ago. Great energy and a lot of emotion in the Still Standing sculptures.
There was an Alice in Wonderland kind of chess board outside the Serpantine Gallery
We saw Moonrise Kingdom, which we both enjoyed then had dinner at one of my favorite places, Yauatcha and then back to my hotel for tea and a chat.
Robb hates getting his photo taken but I make him endure it for me.
