FLORENCE de PONTHAUD – NEYRAT is a sculpter currently taking part in « LE GOÛT DE LA NATURE » exhibition at l’Orangerie du Sénat, Jardin du Luxembourg. When talking about her art the historian Christian Noorbergen said “Florence awkens formidable swathes of buried culture.”
Her aerial, poetic works use materials she finds on her walks and recreates with a close relationship with nature. Considered a classic way to appropriate land art. Within her work organic and mechanical materials often merge.
