Dear Shaded Viewers,

Foday Dumbuya aka Labrum London, opened London’s June menswear shows. He was born in Sierra Leone, raised in Britain and specialises in tailoring as you can see above.  The collection was called Freedom of Movement as a nod to his idea of borderless society, migration and the merging of cultures. The headgear was made by Lucy Barlow.

T-shirts were left on seats with a pattern symbolising migrants pushing against borders. This is a collaboration with Choose Love, the UK charity which suppors refugee communities all over the world. All proceeds of the t-shirts go to the charity.

Later,

Diane
