Dear Shaded Viewers,
The Balmain Unicorn designed by Creative Director Olivier Rousteing and Safa Sahin, a former Nike Footwear designer and now the Head of Sneaker Design at Balmain. The collection was exclusively presented at KITH on a warm June evening in Paris. The mythical unicorn was the perfect metaphor for the sneaker design curated by Balmain. The aerodynamic silhouette of the sneaker imparts the image of a gliding speed boat with the Balmain lion head at its helm. The night had music drifting, champagne flowing and unicorn themed creamy treats to cool the temperatures down. Olivier Rousteing and Safa Sahin joined the crowd and created the finale the Balmain Unicorn deserved.
