Dear Shaded Viewers,
The new exhibition at the Pierre Marie’s Gallery has the designer Pierre Marie taking inspiration for a series of candelabras, stained glass windows, fabrics, decorative mirrors and glassware and a large Aubusson stitch carpet from the Louvre’s XVll century creations. For this he worked closely with the moulding workshop of the atelier of moulding of the Reunion des Musees Nationaux-Grand Palais to which he had privileged access, with the collaboration of the Louvre Museum.
