I woke up to the great news that Robin Meason has been appointed Global Press Director at Balenciaga. Granted I was surprised to hear that OBCM agency acquired Ritual Projects the agency that Robin built and grew to what it is today but I am sure Bourgis will do his best to carry the torch lit by Meason. Meason took Demna Gvasalia, the creative director at Balenciaga, from unknown to the must have ticket at Paris Fashion Week with Vetements. Of course that is not the only brand she grew from the roots up there is Glenn Martens and Martens at Y/Project, gmbH, Ottolinger among others. From my personal experience working with Meason at Ritual Projects all I can say is she has my total respect and admiration. Bravo, Balenciaga you are lucky to have her.
