I have recently tried the new “To Be Honest” perfume by Diane Pernet. I can say in all honesty, it is my new favorite fragrance. Having purchased it on impulse, I only knew the scent by mere description. However, upon trying it for the first time, in an ornate and artfully crafted black bottle complete with a shimmering spider, I was taken aback. The fragrance
is…what can I say, a journey. Pagan bonfires and incense censors mixed with a walk down the streets of Paris, Vienna or London…opulent, yet mysterious. Smokey, yet delicate…infused with earth and jewels. I will be returning to this fragrance again and again. Diane has made something magic here, and I’m more than honored to partake.
