Today at 104 Pierre Maillet : “Little Joe”, after “Flesh / Trash / Heat” by Paul Morrissey – last performance March 29th

Dear Shaded Viewers,

I just got back from a thoroughly enjoyable theatre production by Pierre Maillet Little Joe New York 68/Hollywood 72. What brought me there was the fact that my friend Geoffrey Carey was playing the part of Andy Warhol in the piece inspired by Paul Morrissey, the director of the cult trilogy : Flesh, Trash, Heat. The play continues till 29 March and if you are in Paris I think you might enjoy it.

"Little Joe’s angelic face is the pivot of Paul Morrissey’s film trilogy, three journeys in the wild. Through long duration shot sequences — role plays with improvised dialogue — deriving from irreplaceable documents concerning the US, Paul Morrissey unveils the daily life of a microcosm between glitz and grime, a product of Warhol’s The Factory."
