Dear Shaded Viewers,
Cameron Silver, last seen a few days ago at 10 Downing Street, had the most beautiful Palazzo Pucci for the launch of his book Decades: A century of Fashion, published by Bloomsbury. The book is a showcase for twentieth-century style, decade by decade. 100 years and 150 photographs dating back to the early 1900's and each chapter opens with a pair of women that epitomise rival hot trends such as Cheryl Tiegs with her sunshine sexiness as compared to Bianca Jagger, the dark disco goddess of Studio 54.
If you have ever had the pleasure of Cameron's company you will know how entertaining and perceptive he is. Afterall he was once a performer, I suppose in many ways he still is. Cameron continues to dress the most beautiful stars in Hollywood.
Decades opened their doors in 1997 and is considered as being a motivating force in getting Hollywood to dress up. Time Magazine named him one of the "25 most influetial names and faces in fashion in 2002."
