VALENTINO SS/13 AT PITTI UOMO – TEXT BY PHILIPPE POURHASHEMI

Valentino. Special event - 008

Dear Shaded Viewers,

The Valentino guy has an effortless approach to luxury and elegance. Following the success of their previous event at Pitti Uomo last January, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli decided to come back to Florence to present their new collection. Military shapes were important, as well as tailored white shirts with an emphasis on volume. Wearing sneakers and looking sharp, the models seemed as focused and confident as the show itself.

Camouflage print is in the air again and looked fresh at Valentino. It gave an urban edge to a refined proposal.
