Cheryl Dunn’s “Everybody Street”

Artist Cheryl Dunn, is in the process of completing her documenatry film called "Everybody Street". The doc is about NYC street photographers who have taken some of the most iconic images of the last century. The subjects include Bruce Davidson, Joel Meyerowitz, Mary Ellen Mark, Max Kozloff, Ricky Powell, Martha Cooper, Jamal Shabazz, Bruce Gilden, Clayton Patterson, Jeff Mermelstein, Rebecca Lepkoff, Boogie, Luc Sante, Jill Freedman and Josh Wildman. Many of Cheryl's subjects have never been documented before, remaining instead hidden behind their cameras.

Cheryl Dunn is a NYC photographer and filmmaker who has spent her career documenting the city streets, and the people who strive to leave their mark there, from graffiti writers, artists, skaters, boxers, and bikers. After shooting for music and fashion magazines for many years such as Vogue, Elle, Harpers Bazaar, Dazed and Confused, Raygun, Spin, Vibe, and Grand Royal.
