Dear Shaded Viewers,

I am in heaven and I think everyone else that saw the exhibition tonight was also walking on a cloud. The elegance and grace of the pieces on view are  transporting and for anyone interested in fashion this is a must see. Check the dates of the different pieces and think about some of our most important living designers, there is no way that they were not referencing the master Madame Gres. Bravo to Olivier Saillard for curating this extraordinary exhibition in the beautiful Musee Bourdelle.

There is so much more that I'd love to show you but as you can imagine it's not easy to experience the details when the pieces are deep black. Best you experience this yourselves. There are also videos that Marco and I will return and watch quietly and without the crowd.
