Friday November 12th – December 10th is an appeal to raise money and awareness to help stamp out Killer Diseases by auctioning designer and celebrity shoes. To date shoe doners include: Manolo Blahnik, Alexander McQueen, Nicole Farhi, Nicholas Kirkwood, Georgina Goodman, Sienna Miller (Sergio Rossi) among many others.
Every year more than 9 million children around the world die from preventable diseases such as pneumonia, malaria, diarrhoea and measles. Save the Children is making an appeal to the fashion industry and the British public to donate their most fabulous party shoes and killer heels and help stamp out these child killers.
