Dear Shaded Viewers,
The Givenchy show took place at the Couvent des Cordeliers where the heavenly scent of voluptuous roses permeated the air. There was a series of sculpted suits and dresses in buff coloured stretch gabardine. The finest ivory coloured dotted lace veiled models in wispy short dresses that looked like they could have just stepped out of a Visconti film. The crowd went wild. Nobody wanted to leave the room once the show had ended. I found myself swept back stage where I ran into the lovely Liz Goldwyn dressed, of course, in Givenchy couture.

Backstage I ran into my old friend Roxanne Lowit and she joined Madeleine Czigler and Sameer Reddy and I for an after show dinner at Yen.
