Last night I had a quiet dinner with Waris who is in Paris for a few days. I had a vision of a future boutique of his, the store front was wooden, HOuse of Waris was discretely branded into the wood and there were wrought iron bars in the form of flowers and a series of his symbolic W in front of the shuttered wood. It was up town in NYC, looked like Madison Avenue.We”ll have to wait for a few more years to see if this dream becomes a reality.
