Serie N°1, opens with a new impulse triggered by Pascal Humbert at Nouvelle Affaire in Paris. Its punchy, spontaneous, and colorful concept radiates with joy, power and celebration with mixed inspirations compiled into an energetic no age – no gender collection with a peculiar stretch from cowboy to flamenco.
Led by Pascal Humbert and developed with his life long partner Catherine Ansel, Nouvelle Affaire is launching this experimental collection which is immediately on sale the day of show. This collection is evolving in multiple shapes and has an adapted production schedule based on spontaneous demand and offer. Thus, it proposes an artisanal groove and a rhythm of patterns, textures, where also lays the concept. The shining textures of velvet, poplin, lurex and vinyl are pumped up with powerful shades of red, orange, prune, fuchsia and burgundy.
Its a real party with a selection of silhouettes, pants, overalls, dresses, shirts, and fun accessories, its playing with eclectic references bursting out of Pascal Humbert vocabulary. The Serie N°1 comes in light with a new energy and open doors to an nouvelle story.
The first pieces were presented with Ekseption an exhibition in Madrid, and it is launched this week at their Paris flagship boutique in Le Marais. The project by Pascal Humbert is announced as nomadic and to be presented in flexible scenarii giving you rendez-vous where the wind of desire will be.
