Dear Shaded Viewers,
My longtime pal Kelly Cutrone invited me to a special screening and party for this film tonight in Tribeca. Mick Rock, among many things, directed those legendary Ziggy Stardust videos and was Bowie’s official photographer during that period. Over ten years ago, I had dinner with Mick and the late, great Ronnie Cutrone, at a glamorous dinner Kelly did for Longchamp. I treasure all the tidbits and anecdotes from the rock ‘n’ roll world that Mick regaled us with that night.
