Dear Shaded Viewers,

Easily one of our favorite collections at the recent MQ Vienna Fashion Week, Lulu Lutfi Labibi’s show was presented by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia. Designer Tanah Air portrayed the exploration of every angle of the Indonesian archipelago with traditional textiles such as lurik, ikat and batik, gorgeously draped. The result was clothes I want to wear every day, all the time—whether I’m strolling contemplatively along a beach in Brazil or Bali, or sweeping through the lobby of The Museum of Modern Art.
