Dear Diane, dear Shaded Viewers,
These are some of Juanjo Oliva’s latest designs. He’s a guy I like and even though his work is sometimes too glamorous for me, I can’t help thinking he’s a great designer… today at the beginning of his show I had a moment where I thought he was going to drag her goddesses to a music festival, drag them on the ground as some of them had ponchos or some kind of parkas on, but it was just a mirage… it’s true that there was something quite dark in his ladies, something dramatic that I liked underlined by the total transparency in some of the dresses that made the models look very vulnerable… Anyway, I also enjoyed seeing top model Nieves Álvarez do the catwalk… she’s amazing.
