The current exhibition at the Palais Galliera is Anatomie d'une Collection.  You will find Napoleon's waistcoat, Empress Josephine's dress, a worker's trousers, a dress belonging to George Sand, Sarah Bernhardt's cape, Mistinguett's T-bar shoes, a wonderful worker's apron, hats and clothes worn by Audrey Hepburn, Elsa Schiaparelli, Tilda Swinton's pajama suit, iconic pieces by Jean Charles Castelbajac, Jean Paul Gaultier, Azzedine, Rick Owens, Haider Ackermann, Comme des Garcons, Yohji Yamomoto, Lanvin, Maison Martin Margiela, Dior designed by YSL…a hundred items with or without pedigrees but all are identified with the people that wore them. The exhibition takes you through the 18th century to present day with 100 pieces and accessories.
