Mel Odom – Secrets Garden December 10 – January 8 at Portraits, Inc in NYC

I met the artist Mel Odom in NYC back in the 80's. initially he was known for his erotic illustrations for magazines like Blueboy, Viva and Playboy. He is well known for his book covers for authors such as Patrick White, Guy Gavriel Kay, and equally for his collectible fashion doll.

Edmund White wrote the introduction for Dreamer, a collection of his work which was published by Penguin Books.

If you are in NYC, his exhibition will be held December 10 – January 8th at Portraits, Inc.
