Jill Hennessy @ Joe’s Pub (October 14)

Wednesday night, I was at Joe's Pub for the CD release party of "I Do" by singer-musician/actress Jill Hennessy.

She's best known for co-starring in the television series "Law and Order" and for roles in films such as "Dead Ringers" and "RoboCop".

But, tonight she was performing songs off of her second CD that she wrote with her band pleasing a loyal and very enthusuastic audience.

The songs were in the "country-rock" to "folk-rock" vein.

The performance was really tight and the songs were quite good.
