Generation 16 of ARTEZ presented their collection in a intimate presentation. Fashion designers Haesung Bong, Anja Dragan, Nathalie de Koning, Sunanda Koning and shoe designer Chrissie Houtkooper showed their vision for the future of fashion. Generation 16 showed a creative and innovative way to dress the body in different silhouettes, materials and what can be extended from the body. Not only were the designs interesting to watch but one particular dress also made an interesting crispy sound which gave the design an extra dimension. Big volume designs and interesting fabrics were used in and around the garments with different objects and materials. The creativity didn’t not stopped at the neck but went even further with different creations around the head and face. Beautiful masks were used on the models which gave an extra layer almost like an external second face. This generation clearly knows how to incorporate interesting materials for a new creative outcome which is interesting to see and beautiful to watch.
