MATTIJS SS/15 – TEXT BY PHILIPPE POURHASHEMI

Dear Shaded Viewers,

I was delighted to discover Mattijs van Bergen's new collection at Florence Deschamps' showroom, located on 2, rue Gabriel Vicaire, 75003 Paris. With his strong sense of color, refined fabrications and tailored cuts, the Dutch designer knows how to flatter women, understanding their playful and whimsical side. I loved his dresses this season, ranging from structured styles to simple shifts, as well as his lightweight printed skirts, which looked relaxed with see-through sandals. A lilac pleated jumpsuit seemed effortless and smart while the designer's sweaters were prim and airy.

You can view his collection until tomorrow evening.

Best,

Philippe
