“ For the F/W 2014 – 2015 collection, “Waves ”, I was inspired by pictures I had found of sailors at sea, and so I immersed myself into that world, studying their uniforms. I mixed these images with workwear from the USA, like peacoats, coveralls, work overalls, denim. Then I brightened up this new hybrid form, making it lighter, more feminine, more subtle, by using new relaxed volumes and proportions.
“Waves” is about a progressing movement. A wave of the pulse. The feeling is a little more relaxed than the seasons before, and at the same time a little bit more seductive.
