Jarrod Glaze's new collection, Highboys in the Lowlands, saw "British race cars, mountain men and American athleticism all packed into one burly, testosterone driven display of menswear".
Nonetheless, the end result still struck a modern note by transforming the traditional oxford shirt into a sports jersey, giving the classic trench coat an update through the use of moss green-colored transparency and utilizing fabrics such as bonded "seal skin".
Glaze's inspirations may have come from the countryside and playing field, but these pieces are undeniably made for the life of a city slicker.
