Announcing fashion creative Misha Janette (represented by: ZOOM Emotions, Inc.)
has completely remodeled her lauded fashion blog "Tokyo Fashion Diaries" to reflect an international viewpoint and who she is as a Tokyo-influenced fashion icon.
She also redesigned her blog logo as a Japanese "hanko" name stamp with western elements to better represent the influence that 10 years in Tokyo has had on her aesthetic.
The concept is "Everyday is a Runway", not only in the vibrant and amazing Tokyo streets but wherever in the world Misha goes, representing her unique Japan-influenced "mode" style.
Starting from this July, Misha's select blog posts are appearing on Fashionsnap.com's "The Post", considered the most popular fashion news site in Japan.
Also, Tokyo Fashion Diaries is considered one of the top independent blogs in Japanese fashion, and was introduced as the top in the pages of US Glamour Magazine, Racked.com, Company Magazine, ELLE China and more.
Misha's day job as a fashion director and writer will also collide as a special monthly project on her blog under the name "Tokyo Mode Diaries" published online starting July 24th.
This will be an experiment in bringing a higher level of aesthetic, fantasy, fashion and edginess to the Tokyo online fashion scene through photoshoots that meld an East-West viewpoint and mystery storytelling.
There may be no LOVE, Pop, V, or W-style magazine in Japan anymore, but it can live online through blogs.
The first episode, "Origami Whisperer" welcomes Japanese iconic actor Mari Natsuki in a cameo with top model JUN (Image), and features the Japonisme collection from Emporio Armani SS 2014.
This is the beginning of a stronger Tokyo Fashion Diaires and Misha Janette as a creative in fashion.
