Dear Shaded Viewers,

Aitor Throup will be releasing four further archetypes exclusively through Dover Street Market in London. The archetypes consist of : Stockwell Jeans, Stockwell Denim Jacket, Stockwell T-shirt and Skull Rucksack. This will be the first time that a complete outfit by Aitor Throup will have a design under his own label that will be commercially available. I might add this is what we have all been waiting for for quite a while. Below and above are  a few images of a preview of his work during mens week in Paris this past July.

Genius with the process, he's taken 6 years to develop what will become his signature seaming.Aitor is a creator that is fascinated with anatomy and his main interest is in drawing. He has recently launched his product line for A/W 2010 this season he has previewed his eponymous product line, The 'New Object Research' . 'New Object Research' will consist of 22 ready to wear archetypes and will be presented in January 2013 but we were able to have a sneak preview today. He develops new techniques and says artists create problems, designers solve problems. His approach incorporates both art and product design. His transition from concept to product or from art to design is about distilling, not diffusing. It is about elevating , not relegating. "Product integrity should not conflict with conceptual integrity: Conceptual innovation is best communicated if the innovation is also present in the product itself." says Throup.
