Wolf Geyr, an interview. by Silvia Bombardini

Dear Shaded Viewers and Diane,

I recently had the precious and delightful chance to interview Mr. Wolf Geyr, who told me about the ideals behind his passionate art concept "IN GOD WE TRUST", economics and the future, art and commitment, and the Occupy Wall Street movement from an on-site point of view.

S.B.: The dollar bill and its iconic sign have taken the habit of showing up now and then and occasionally influencing the art of the latest 50 years, both metaphorically and physically speaking. Today though, they carry a dubious, awkward feel of anachronism that wasn't present in Andy Warhol's American dream, as if in the few words of the national maxim we could read the prophecy of an impending downfall. Do you believe money will lose its value, its power? And what will come next?
