Dear Shaded Viewers,
Practically straight off the plane from the Tokyo Prada event I took the train to Antwerp to attend the launch of the Belgian bag and travel gear company, Hedgren. The capsule collection was designed by the British-born Tony Spackman who is now based in Amsterdam. The collection was createdfor creative people on the road: DJs, models, musicians, photographers, athletes..you know, modern day nomads and who better to test the bags than the one and only Sonny Vandevelde who, by the way, as we speak is headed back to Sydney via Finland and Bangkok. He took the bags on the road and tested them all to see how they worked for him. The capsule collection will be available April 2012.
The event took place at the home of Gory followed by an after party, which, unfortunately, I did not have the energy to attend.
