The menu also included Japan prestige sake paired with the creations of Ariko Inaoka from Kyoto Owariya (a 540 year old restaurant) with Susan Cianciolo. Soba cakes, dressings, scallop, shrimp, oyster with Yuzu Ponzu, salad with sesami soba, sushi with grilled vegetables, cold soba and for dessert, greek desserts by Boubouki, from Essex Street Market.
