Dear Shaded Viewers,
It is always a serene pleasure to visit Hiroki Nakamura in his showroom in Paris and have him talk me through the atmosphere of his collection. This season he wanted to celebrate the history of textiles in Japan. When you entered the showroom you pass by the hand made curtain of my dreams, he stitched it all himself. The energy that comes out of the textiles is nothing short of heaven. Recently Hiroki has moved to New York, he has a loft in Soho but maintains his business base in Japan.
