Dear Shaded Viewers,
I've been quite unsocial these past few days, just trying to recover from all the trips. Last night I ventured out with Jean Paul Lespagnard to have dinner with our friends Theo Mercier and Colin Johnco. We all had had a lot of fun at this year's edition of the Festival d'Hyeres. Theo did the mise en scene for ASVOFF Hyeres and Colin did the sound design. Jean Paul had his own exhibition with an amazing tree house.
Theo Mercier, he's currently preparing for his opening for the inauguation of the DYNASTY exhibition on June 10th at both the Modern Art Museum of Paris and Palais de Tokyo. It opens June 11th for the public and continues until 5 Sept. www.dynasty-expo.com
Perhaps you remember how I lost all of my pins, necklaces, rings, etc. on my very long train ride from Rotterdam to Toulon? Well, Theo heard my lament and last night he offered me this beautiful bird, I remember one of my readers had said that something better would come along, well, last night it did and it goes perfectly with the snail that Miguel Villalobos had made for me some time ago.
