Dear Diane and Shaded Viewers,
A few snaps from last nights Glamorous Mediterranean party, to open the Wet Deck-terrace for the summer season. The music was supplied by UK Mega DJ Pete Tong, who began his set right, with a few rather "experimental, noise meets italo disco tracks", the tempo soon changed, as the elegant, socialite community of Barcelona arrived………..a nice addition could have been the tuxedo cool of DJ Hell with Brian Ferry, to make us all dance, as the w-hotel pool terrace reminded me of parties at the Delano in Miami……..this was what i was thinking, after drinking a Passionfruit cocktail, colour matching the "Braniff air", styled w-stesses, carrying around massive bottles of champagne. My Aussi friends made the "Splash" of the night, with Nigel aka Papa Bubble (soon to open Federal cafe in Barcelona), striped down to his trunks and dove in the pool, creating quite a scurry, when security almost fell in the pool trying to get him out, all this being well documented by the face Hunter of course! Who just happened to be there and he looked GOOD!
