Dear Diane, dear shaded viewers,Luca Rossire was inspired by Federico Fellini and his “Giulietta degli spiriti”. Luca started out as an interior designer with a curriculum that boasts the Compasso D’oro. Hats serve several purposes, to hid, transform or dream, he recycles object that he finds in his travels.
