The crime syndicate in Nigeria who is posing as Diane has now begun opening additional e-mail accounts (at Free.fr) under her name, in addition to her original Gmail.com account. If you receive any solicitation from dpernet@gmail.com or diane@free.fr (or any other email addresses) asking for money to be sent, please do NOT reply and do NOT send any money. These fraudsters continue to mutate into more sophisticated forms so don’t be fooled. Diane is fine, in Paris, and has NEVER been to Nigeria and does not need any assistance. Diane can be contacted by posting on her blog, www.ashadeviewonfashion.com, and her whereabouts always known through the blog as well. Diane appreciates all your concern but reassures you she is doing very well apart from this nasty muddle.
I have given all information over to Internet Crime Complaint Center. I suggest if you have had your e mail account compromised you do the same.
