I was speaking with Jeremy Scott the other day about You Wear it Well 2 and to see if he would have a new entry for You Wear it Well. His film Starring was causing laughter around the planet and I want to see more. .
Jeremy recently returned from Japan and is booked up until his Paris show at the end of September so the film that he has scripted will not be ready until You Wear it Well 3 but…he has another vintage Jeremy Scott film that he will submit for You Wear it Well 2. I asked him how it was possible to do as many thiings as he does andand wanted to know if he ever found the time to sleep. His answer ws a resounding NO, he does not want to miss a minute of this life.
In addition to designing, styling , filmming , photoraphy, Jeremy also does DJ gigs, special projects and photo shoots. Let’s just say he’s the Karl Lagerfeld of his generation. His new idea for a film, I’ll keep it a secret, sounds wicked but it won’t make it to the extended deadline of September 15th as he has too many things on his plate…but…it will be there for You Wear it Well 3 .However the film that he is proposing sounds pretty funny, he describes it as a video meets David Lynch stalker type film. We want it Jeremy, get it onto a DVD.
In the meantime pick up a copy of the July issue of i-D magazine. Jeremy shot two covers and there s a feature.
