Simone Coste was born and raised in Brazil but it was in NYC that she decided to create jewels. She studied economics but her passion for sculpting raw Brazilian stones soon took over. She developed a technique of lapidating in different geometric and sculptural forms. She visits different mines in Brazil and chooses the stones herself.

In addition to the rings she designs earrings and pendants as well. Currently she sells to Barneys in NYC, as well as Beverly Hills and Chicago.
