It’s September in Antwerp and that means that the entire city gets it’s windows dressed up by designers and fashion students. Since 1998 the Flanders Fashion Institute has organized the VITRINE 10 day public event.Designers and students alike are given a carte blanche and encouraged to go wild expressing themselves and engaging the curious public in an open dialog.
There are many side events and even if you live on the other side of the planet you can still participate in choosing your favorite designer and design in the 1007 fashion contest. You can vote for your favorite cameleo kit and win a fashion weekend in Antwerp worth 1007 euros and 5 Modenatie passes.The collaboration between Peugeot and Flanders Fashion Institute offers 12 designers the possibility to personalize the 1007 Cameleo Kit. The best one wins the car.
